Call for Extras!

Have you ever dreamed of being at the Central Library late at night in the midst of lights, cameras and glamour? Now's your chance!

Calgary Public Library Foundation is working with Meta Productions on a video for the upcoming Lit Gala on Saturday, October 21, and we’re looking for extras! This is an incredible opportunity to shine a unique light on Central Library and help the Library Foundation spread the word about this exciting event.

Here’s what you should know before you register:

  • Filming is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20 at 9:00 PM and is expected to take approximately 90 minutes. Please ensure you are able to join for the full duration.
  • Filming will take place at Central Library, 800 3 St SE.
  • The dress code is formal/business formal.
  • All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age or older.
