CALGARY, AB – May 22, 2024: At the Library Foundation’s annual general meeting last night, Sabina Shah was elected as the new chair of the Library Foundation’s Board of Directors, succeeding outgoing chair Rob Van Wielingen. We are grateful to Rob for sharing his passion and dedication during his term as chair. Libraries are full of stories, and we’re thankful to him for letting us be part of his. We also look forward to the future with Sabina taking on this new role—her experience and leadership will help us continue to invent the future of libraries.
