Calgary Public Library Foundation is thrilled to introduce LibraryStore+, a temporary pop-up project in Central Library’s interior cafe space (Level 1M). This volunteer-run initiative will sell simple snacks and hot beverages as well as some of LibraryStore.ca’s most popular products.

“We first launched LibraryStore.ca, an online social enterprise that provides a unique way to support the Library, in 2015,” says Tracy Johnson, Library Foundation CEO. “Since then, we’ve grown our partnerships to feature local artists and makers and even developed our own products. While customers have always had the option to ship to their nearest community library for free, this pop-up engagement will allow us to reach even more people and provide a solution for those who want to shop in-person.”

A huge thank you to our team of volunteers for making this project a reality! Come on down to Central Library and say hello, grab a coffee and check out local merchandise, including our new I Read Collection, designed in-house by the Library Foundation team.

You can shop online anytime at LibraryStore.ca We offer free shipping to your Calgary Public Library location of choice or you can pay for shipping directly to your home.

LibraryStore+ operates out of Central Library’s interior cafe space on Level 1M daily from 12-3PM. This fundraising initiative is volunteer-run with 100% of proceeds donated to Calgary Public Library.
