The Julia Turnbull Terrace, located on Level Four of the Central Library was named in recognition of Julia’s favourite pastime, reading.
Julia Turnbull has been a voracious reader her entire life; poring through everything from the backs of cereal boxes to weighty legal tomes. Reading soothes her soul, sparks joy and inspires her. She cannot imagine a day without reading, as it is as vital to her as breathing.
Julia chose to make a donation to this magnificent Library so that all can experience the joy of reading.
