A strategic and innovative nonprofit leader, Tracy brings deep expertise in fundraising, marketing, donor relations, and organizational management. Throughout her career, she has successfully led major campaigns, developed creative donor engagement programs, and implemented initiatives that enhance both operational effectiveness and philanthropic impact. Her leadership combines visionary thinking with a strong focus on execution, collaboration, and long-term sustainability.

Since joining the Foundation in 2013, Tracy has held a series of leadership roles and has helped advance major fundraising and engagement initiatives. She has been recognized for her leadership and community contributions, including being named one of Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 and an Exceptional Woman of East Village.

With extensive experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, donor engagement, and major gifts, Tamara is dedicated to building relationships that strengthen communities and create lasting impact. Prior to joining the Foundation, Tamara held leadership roles with Dr. Jody Carrington, Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta, and STARS Air Ambulance. Her unique combination of relationship-building expertise, strategic leadership, and passion for community contributes to the Library Foundation’s mission of supporting a vibrant and accessible Calgary Public Library for all.

With more than a decade of experience in communications, community engagement, content strategy, and team leadership, Cyla specializes in developing cross-organizational strategies that inspire action, build relationships, and strengthen brand reputation. Her background as both a strategist and storyteller informs her approach to communications, helping organizations connect people to causes through compelling narratives. At the Library Foundation, she helps inspire philanthropic support for programs, spaces, and services that create opportunities for learning, connection, and community across Calgary.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Angie brings extensive experience in financial leadership, operations, governance, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Calgary Public Library Foundation, Angie held accounting, tax, finance and leadership roles with KPMG, The Churchill Corporation, and EBR Consulting. Her diverse background across nonprofit, technology, consulting, and public accounting sectors provides a broad perspective that supports the Library Foundation’s mission and growth.
