An Access Pass grants you access to play the online game on one screen. It is your choice how you play the game.

For example, a household might purchase one Access Pass to play at home on their computer or mirrored to their television. You can also form a team of multiple players from different households, purchase one Access Pass and play over Zoom with one person (the Access Pass holder) sharing their screen.

Alternatively, for players from multiple households who would like a more hands-on approach to the game, they might choose to each purchase an Access Pass and play along with each other over video chat as a team.

It’s up to you and the amount of control you would like in the game! Every purchase supports the Calgary Public Library.

Yes! You can purchase an Access Pass up until 10:00PM MST on Sunday, February 14 and you have until 11:59PM MST that day to play. The game will close at midnight MST.

The game will be open to Access Pass holders and their teams on Sunday, February 14 from 12:00pm (noon) to 11:59pm MST. We advise allowing two hours for game play.

Game time is open from noon to 11:59pm MST on February 14. You can take as much or as little time as you’d like to play within that timeframe.

For maximum enjoyment and ease of play, it is recommended that players use a desktop, laptop, or large tablet to access the game. Ensure that you have a reliable internet connection. Once you receive an Access Pass, it will provide you with everything you require through the online platform.

It might be handy to keep a pen and pad of paper nearby to workout any clues. And of course, every hardworking secret agent requires tasty snacks and beverages!

To purchase an Access Pass as a gift for someone else, be sure to include their details (name and email address) in the Access Pass section as you checkout.

We will then send their Access Pass code to them directly on February 14, however they will not receive a purchase confirmation email. You might want to let them know that you’ve purchased them an Access Pass and feel free to send them to this page to learn more about the exciting experience they’ve been gifted. Let them know to expect their Access Pass through email on February 14 at 11:59am MST.
