Challenge Accepted: Recapping Ultimate Summer Challenge 2025 (webinar)
With thousands of participants every year and events at every Library location from north of Nose Hill to Seton in the south, Ultimate Summer Challenge is Calgary Public Library’s most popular and wide-reaching program. Every summer, Calgarians track time spent reading, take part in exciting challenges, and deepen their lifelong love of literacy—and donor generosity makes this citywide celebration of reading possible.
Join us for a webinar at noon on Monday, October 20 to learn about the success of Ultimate Summer Challenge 2025 with Calgary Public Library early learning expert Kate Schutz. Kate will chat with the Library Foundation’s Anne Logan about how, thanks to donor support, USC is so effective at combating the “summer slide” and helping families build regular reading habits. Kate will also share stories of impact from this past summer and give a sneak peek at what’s ahead in 2026 for school-age children at the Library.
Everyone is welcome. RSVP for free below.
