Gordon VanderLeek is the founder and managing lawyer of VanderLeek Law, a Calgary-based law firm focusing on wills, estates and trust law. While Gordon’s focus is on planning, he is also skilled in the process of dispute resolution regarding estates, guardianship and trusteeship when the family is not in agreement as to who will be the decision-maker for an incapacitated family member.
